Is it hard to switch from paper source to eSource?
Not with SiteCentric. Our eSource closely mimics traditional paper forms and allows your team to use their existing source documents as templates. This minimizes the learning curve and makes adoption seamless for coordinators and investigators. Integrated archiving management also keeps track of your paper records so you don't have to.
How is eSource integrated with the rest of SiteCentric?
eSource is fully embedded in the SiteCentric platform and directly tied to visit scheduling, checklists, billing, and EDC entry. It’s designed to work hand-in-hand with our CTMS and eISF, so your team never has to switch systems or duplicate work.
Can I use eSource for remote monitoring?
Yes. Sponsors and CRAs can securely access eSource, eISF, and eConsent through a single login—eliminating the need for multiple portals. This simplifies remote monitoring and improves sponsor satisfaction.
Does eSource work on mobile devices or tablets?
Absolutely. eSource is optimized for iPads, and staff can write, annotate, and collect data using a stylus—just like paper, but better. This supports flexible workflows and enhances on-site documentation. eSource will soon be available online as well to provide flexibility tailored to your site's best practices.
Is SiteCentric’s eSource Part 11 compliant?
Yes. SiteCentric eSource is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. It includes electronic signatures, audit trails, time stamping, and secure document management—ensuring compliance from day one.
What about eConsent—does SiteCentric support that too?
eConsent is on our development roadmap and will soon be available through a seamless integration with a proven technology partner. This will allow sites to manage both eSource and eConsent within a unified system.
